Having built up an excellent reputation and rapport with local clients in the area we are able to offer a professional service by three experienced interviewing staff who have been with the company for up to 20 years. This has enabled us to gain a good knowledge of the area and the clients to whom we are providing the service.

Applicants are happy to be greeted by a friendly familiar face and we are regularly servicing second generations of candidates – with parents suggesting the firm’s service to their children. Many of our clients were originally introduced to our agency as applicants. We handle the placement of permanent positions, long and short term assignments which can be considered whilst seeking the ideal career position.

As we are an independent company our service can be designed and tailored to meet the individual needs of both the client and the applicant. Continued training of staff helps to maintain a fast and efficient response combined with a comfortable and friendly approach. Candidates are interviewed, tested and referenced to enable us to ensure their capabilities are of the standard required.

Being aware of the fast increasing mobility of staff we have recently joined the TEAM network which enables us to offer a nationwide service though the majority of our clients are based in the West Kent area. We are also long term members of REC which guarantees the standard of the service being offered.
